The Fall Market continues to roll on with all the gusto we have rarely seen in October. Our best guess is that it will continue on through the Holiday Season with maybe a small slowdown in showings, only because our inventory is almost as low as we’ve ever seen it! (For the record our lowest active listing inventory was in March 2015.) The biggest story is the average price on closed single family homes in October was $625,100 which is 18% higher than October 2019.
