As expected, COVID-19 impacted the Denver Real Estate Market in the month of April while we were in a Stay at Home order from the Governor. Active Listings decreased by almost 19% from the previous month and the number of New Listings decreased by 38% from this time last year. We have not seen major price decreases, however Buyers are surely looking for value as they re-engage in the market in May and June. Homes that are priced correctly and show well are selling quickly just as in Pre-COVID days. This may be a great opportunity for Buyers!
